What is a PDF file?: A PDF is a portable document format provide by Adobe. Most users will already have a PDF viewer installed on their computer, or you can download it free from adobe.com.
What is a digital download?: Digital download referrs to a suite of products that are delivered elctronicily through this website.
What are the advantages of a digtal download product?: Digital downloads have many advantages inlcuding portablity and the elimination of a shipping delay.
How do I recieve digital downloads (eBooks, audio files, eMiniGuides etc..)?: After you checkout you will receive a receipt from orders@djiber.com which will include a direct link for you to download your purchase.
How long will it take to receeve by digital download?: The confirmation email containing the download intstructions for you purchase is usually delivered within 1 hour of purchase.
Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?: If you have a problem with your order please email orders@djiber.com, if you require techinical support with a digital download product please contact support@djiber.com.
What file formats are you digital downloads provided in?: Unless otherwise noted all digital downloads are distributed as either PDF files for documents such as eBooks or MP3 files for audio content.
